Attendance

Every participant has to register with “Montana Women’s Climbing Festival” (MWCF) and sign the Risk Waiver and Photo Release Waiver. Only registered individuals can participate in the events.

Refunds and Cancellations

Ticket sales are non-refundable however they are transferable if you find someone to transfer your ticket to we’d be happy to help. Reach out to us here. We obtain the right to cancel the event due to weather, environmental risks, health risks (covid-19), and other explained reasons. In this event, participants will be refunded the full amount.

Covid-19

Depending on the status of the spread of Covid-19 we will implement safety measures by the standard of Montana Health Officers or higher. Be prepared to act accordingly to our policies and safety protocols. If you feel sick or you have been diagnosed with Covid-19, please do not attend the event.

Risk

Rock climbing, camping, and attending the MWCF are at your own risk. The organizers, volunteers, and the legal entity Female Climbers Collective LLC are not responsible for any harm that might be caused by the named activities. By attending the festival you agree with these terms.
