Mission

Female Climbers Collective’s purpose is to strengthen and empower women, genderqueer people, and minorities in the climbing community. We connect women and create a safe space to move, learn, and act freely. We provide accessible, affordable education to underrepresented groups in climbing and in the mountains and promote stewardship in the outdoors.

Vision

Female Climbers Collective’s vision is to foster a tight-knit, women’s climbing community in rural places, across the state of Montana, and beyond. We strive to create authentic, personal connections, inclusive spaces, and mentorship for non-dominant groups. 

Female Climbers Collective is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
